Working with me

What do you do?

I run social media for brands, film content shoots, make sponsored Reels on @madlertravel and coach people who want to grow their own page.

Is it just you?

You deal with me directly, from the first message to the monthly review. On bigger accounts I bring in a partner I trust, and I'll tell you up front if that's the plan.

Who do you work with?

Brands, venues, tour companies, podcasts and creators. My own pages are travel and AFL, and I've also worked with a hotel, a T'ai Chi retreat and a few apps.

How much do you charge?

Every job is quoted on its own, because no two are the same. As a guide, coaching starts from $1,700 AUD a month. Send me your page and what you need, and I'll give you a price.

What does coaching cover?

Everything I know: filming, editing, hooks, how to go viral and how to make money from your page. You get a weekly plan, a weekly review of your posts and WhatsApp support whenever you're stuck.

Can you help me make money from my page?

Yes, through brand deals, sponsors or your own products. It's part of management, and I always set coaching clients up with a way to make money before we finish.

What do you need from me?

Access to your account or your scheduling tool, any footage you already have, and honest feedback on what I make.

How do we start?

Send me a message with a link to your page. I'll look through it, we'll talk, and then I'll send you a plan and a quote.

Content and shoots

Which platforms do you work on?

Mainly Instagram, plus TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. Most Reels can be reworked for the other apps, so one shoot can cover all of them.

Do you film on site?

Yes. I come to your venue, or go overseas, and film what you need. I can bring someone to go on camera as well.

Do I keep the content?

Yes. You get the edited videos ready to post, and they're yours to use on your own pages.

Can you post about my brand on @madlertravel?

Yes, if it suits my audience. Most of my viewers are 18 to 34 and into cheap, off-the-beaten-path travel. I cross-post sponsored Reels to TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. If you want to run the video as an ad, I quote that separately.

Results

Can you guarantee followers or views?

No, and I'd be careful of anyone who does. What I can do is give you a clear plan and show you exactly what changed each month.

How soon will I see results?

Most pages start reaching more people in the first month or two if they post consistently. Growth that turns into customers usually takes about three months, because a lot of the first month goes into setting up the page and finding what suits you.

How do you report on results?

I take a snapshot of your insights on day one. Every month we go through what's changed against it on a call.

Melbourne and overseas

Are you based in Melbourne?

Yes. Madler Social is based in Melbourne, and I travel for shoots interstate and overseas.

Do you work outside Melbourne?

Yes. Management and coaching happen online, so you can be anywhere. Shoots are in Melbourne, interstate or overseas. I've filmed in Sydney's Blue Mountains and on Wudang Mountain in China.
